Our client can put his business
colleagues completely at ease, and also have a sociable wrap-up to a meeting. The craftsman who designed and constructed the furniture and woodwork for this project commented, “Walking into this room one would never know that it houses so many complicated and coordinated electronic details.” Indeed.

Our client wanted an environment that combined the serious functions and technology of an office, but with a relaxed atmosphere where he could entertain clients in informal but important meetings. He thought that a standard desk would take up too much room, and even worse, it would create a psychological and physical barrier inhibiting the friendly, low key feeling he wanted to maintain. He asked the cabinet designer to create an alternative that would be fully equipped for business, but then could turn into an attractive centerpiece for the room, such as a table around which chairs could be grouped for drinks and conversation.
