The ideal candidate is a serious, mature, dependable individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in audio/video, alarm, car stereo or electrical installations.

An Associate Degree in engineering or trade school education is a big plus, and we also consider applicants with technical experience in other fields.

Responsibilities include:

    Wiring and installation of in-wall devices such as speakers and keypads, CATV, telephone and network jacks

    Wiring and installation of satellite TV systems and phone systems

    Installation and testing of state-of-the-art home theater and audio systems, as well as cutting-edge residential control systems;

    Daily communication and interaction with other EDG team members as well as other construction professionals

Desired Skills:

    Residential cabling

    Knowledge of various electrical and electronic connections including RCA, BNC, "F" and solder.

    Knowledge of field termination techniques such as 66 and 110

    Blocks captive wire terminals

    Analytical trouble-shooting
    Basic computer skills

    Clean driving record
