Responsibilities include:

    * Programming lighting and controls systems in the field.
    * Knowledge of audio/video signal flow.
    * Ability to read and decipher engineered plans of audio, video, and lighting systems.
    * A sense of urgency for organization and quality of work.
    * Ability to work and communicate with many team members.
    * Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions when necessary.

Requirements: 

    * High school education required; college or 2 year technical degree preferred.
    * 2 years A/V industry experience required.
    * 1 year lighting controls programming required; exp. with Crestron and/or
       Lutron lighting a plus.
    * Some electrical knowledge required.
    * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    * Basic familiarity with Residential and Commercial construction.
    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic PC programming skills.
    * Any Lutron factory training a plus.
    * Valid Drivers License
