CE Professionals Double Up on Education at EHX Expo 2006
Luxury Custom Integration and Home Electronics to be 'Served Up' This Year
Piscataway, NJ -March 17, 2006-
Electronics Design Group (EDG), the premier custom systems integration firm in the tri-state area, announced today its involvement in the Spring 2006 Electronic House Expo (EHX), the official event of CE Pro magazine. The firm is offering up Scott Jordan, EDG Systems Consultant, to be a presenter, contributing to the educational conference portion of the Expo, provided by the EH Events & Education division. EHX will run from March 28 through April 1 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Jordan will be speaking on what is currently one of the hottest applications in custom electronics, dual theaters. The presentation, titled "Double Up: Dual Viewing Screens in Multi-Purpose Rooms," will take place on Friday, March 31, 2006 at 4:30PM in the Speakers Lounge, Room 109B. The peaking technology of a dual theater is defined as a flat panel display along with an additional motorized screen, both encompassed in one room. Of course, high-end surround sound, lighting control, and window covering motorization all tie into the equation as well. Custom Electronics professionals from all over the nation will learn how to market and sell dual viewing screen applications, options for product and system design, and tips for common installation challenges.
"The Electronic House Expo is a great event to be involved in," stated Jordan. "We will use this opportunity to promote the professionalism of our industry and the value in delivering the best product and services to our clientele." Jordan brings with him more than 19 years of knowledge and expertise in designing complex high-end residential systems.
The Electronic House Expo has become the must attend event for all custom electronics professionals and the #1 fastest growing trade show in the industry. EHX is expecting to draw an estimated 10,000 attendees this year. The largest East Coast gathering for the trade, the expo has been recognized among the 50 fastest growing trade shows by Tradeshow Week magazine in 2004 and 2005.
