Client Care Rates

These rates apply to projects no longer covered under warranty, to visits not included in your Client Care Preventative Maintenance plans, and to all visits to a client who is not enrolled in our Client Care Preventative Maintenance plans.

Within NJ

$175 for arrival including the first hour or any part thereof
$135/hr billed in 15 minute increments thereafter

Outside NJ

$200 for arrival including the first hour or any part thereof
$145/hr billed in 15 minute increments thereafter

Emergency Service Rates

Mon-Fri after 5PM & Sat & Sun
$275.00 First hour, starting with travel time from Piscataway to service location
$175.00 Each additional hour

Scheduled weekend service

$250.00 First hour, starting with travel time from Piscataway to service location
$165.00 Each additional hour

ISF Calibration

CRT ISF Calibration - $599.00
LCD/DLP Projector Calibration - $499.00
Plasma TV Calibration - $449.00
CRT Rear Projection TVs - $399.00
LCD, DLP, TVs - $375.00
